Neighbors concerned after freight train derailment in Matteson, Illinois

An evacuation order was lifted a few hours after it was first put into place, but neighbors want to know how the derailment happened, and what is being done to prevent such a thing from happening again. CBS 2's Marybel Gonzalez reports.
