Neighbors complain smoke alarms didn't sound for 10 minutes in high-rise fire

No one was injured in the 2-11 alarm fire in the South Shore high-rise, but neighbors say they were not informed by alarms in a timely fashion. CBS 2's Chris Tye reports.
