National Safe Boating Week: Tips for boating in Chicago

Last year there were 52 reportable boating accidents on Illinois water ways - resulting in six deaths and 40 injuries according to data compiled by the Illinois Conservation Police. Capt. Joshua Mooi spoke with CBS 2 on what precautions to keep in mind before heading out on the water.
