National Guard troops deployed to Illinois in what Pritzker calls an "unconstitutional invasion"

Illinois and Chicago filed suit to block the Trump administration from deploying the National Guard to Illinois, but while a judge cautioned the government "I'd take a pause if I were you," she did not immediately block the order Monday.
