National Guard leaves Broadview ICE facility; judge orders fence taken down

Members of the National Guard have moved out of Broadview after a federal judge temporarily blocked their deployment in Illinois. Meantim, a fence that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcment had set up outside their processing center in Broadview has been ordered taken down.
