Minnesota holds special election to fill slain state Rep. Melissa Hortman’s seat

A special election is being held Tuesday in Minnesota to fill the seat of the late state Rep. Melissa Hortman, who was shot and killed alongside her husband in what authorities called a politically motivated murder.
