Milwaukee's Rap J to perform in Chicago for first time
Rap J has performed at all kinds of venues, including last year’s Summerfest in Milwaukee. He was born with cerebral palsy, and says music has been an outlet for self-expression and overcoming challenges. Rap J joins Jackie Kostek.
