Migrant housing concerns mount as Chicago leaders visit Mexico border

Three Chicago aldermen and some of Mayor Brandon Johnson's top aides landed in El Paso, Texas, on Tuesday to visit the U.S.-Mexico border, to see for themselves where migrants are crossing into the U.S., and meet with members of the local government in El Paso.
