Mayor talks with Southwest Side homeowners about flooding in Chicago

Several Chicago neighborhoods were recovering from flooding on Tuesday. Gage Park and other areas on the Southwest Side were hit hard by the storms, with homeowners throwing out belongings from their flooded basements. Mayor Brandon Johnson talked with homeowners about the infrastructure issues.
