Man says there has been no accountability after CPD officer killed his dog

Speaking to CBS News Chicago for the first time, the dog's owner, Kent Maynard, said there has been no accountability in the months since an off-duty officer shot and killed his dog in Bridgeport. He also said his case was treated differently from the start. Megan Hickey reports.
