Man accused of tossing murdered police officer's gun appears in court

The search continues for Xavier Tate Jr., who's been on the run since April 21, when police say he shot and killed Chicago police officer Luis Huesca. On Tuesday, his relative, Caschaus Tate, who is accused of trying to get rid of Huesca’s gun after the murder, appeared in court on an unrelated burglary charge.
