Laid-off workers at Chicago's Signature Room to receive back pay and benefits

A judgment issued this month means all 140 workers at the now-shuttered restaurant at the former John Hancock Center will receive back pay and benefits after the company didn't give them 60 days notice, as required by law. CBS 2's Suzanne Le Mignot reports.
