Kilmar Abrego Garcia, wrongly deported to El Salvador, returns to U.S. to face human smuggling charg

Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a Salvadoran immigrant who the Trump administration admitted was mistakenly deported back to his home country, has been returned to the U.S. to face an indictment connected to what the Justice Department is calling a massive human smuggling operation.
