Judge orders Chicago school board to stay out of CPS CEO's contract talks with CTU
Embattled Chicago Public Schools CEO Pedro Martinez scored a win in court on Monday. In an extraordinary move, a judge issued a restraining order against members of the school board, telling them to steer clear of the district’s contract negotiations with the Chicago Teachers Union.
