Jessica Biggs, Hilario Dominguez, and Victor Henderson face off for Chicago school board president
For the first time ever, Chicago voters this year will elect a school board president. Three candidates are vying in the historic race: current school board member and former CPS teacher and principal Jessica Biggs, former CPS teacher and Chicago Teachers Union deputy political director Hilario Dominguez, and attorney and certified public accountant Victor Henderson.
