Illinois lawmakers will take up transit funding, immigration in fall veto session

Illinois lawmakers return to the state capital in Springfield Tuesday for the fall veto session, with priorities including transit funding, the Big Beautiful Bill Act, taxes and possibly ICE and immigration.
