Illinois Election: Does. Gov. Pritzker have eye on higher office?

Gov. JB Pritzker won a second term Tuesday night, and the race against Republican Darren Bailey was called right away. But does the governor have his eye on higher office, perhaps the White House? CBS 2 Political Investigator Dana Kozlov reports.
