ICE agents arrest woman at Domestic Violence Courthouse before she could attend her hearing

A woman who was scheduled to appear in Domestic Violence Court in Chicago on Wednesday was arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement before she could make it to her hearing.
