How will enforcement of new curfew look following downtown violence?

Starting Thursday, we’re told Chicago Police will be in Millennium Park making sure people are following the rules, but Mayor Lori Lightfoot made it clear their goal isn’t mass arrest. CBS 2's Tara Molina reports.
