High winds in Chicago area cause power outages, ground delays at O'Hare
A High Wind Warning for Chicago Friday for gusts up to 50 to 60mph is in effect. There is a ground delay at O'Hare Airport, and more than 20,000 ComEd customers are experiencing power outages.
