Gentrifying neighborhoods see big jump in property taxes

Neighborhoods like Pilsen have worked hard to become more attractive, more valuable, more sought after. But the tax bill that comes with the increased property value is coming due in a matter of weeks. CBS 2's Chris Tye reports.
