Former NFL tight end Clay Harbor talks Bears beginning OTAs
The Bears are back on the field this week, but without the pads, as players begin organized team activities (OTAs) at Halas Hall. It's a chance for head coach Matt Eberflus and his staff to begin team building before training camp in a few months.
