Former Chicago Police Supt. Garry McCarthy criticizes feds' crowd control tactics in Chicago

Amid a standoff between federal agents and residents in the East Side neighborhood on Tuesday, former Chicago Police Supt. Garry McCarthy said it does not appear federal agents are trained in crowd control, too often relying on tear gas and pepper balls, saying they should rely on local police for crowd control.
