Former Chicago Mayor Lightfoot to release report on Dolton mayor's spending

Lori Lightfoot was hired by the Dolton Board of Trustees to investigate Dolton Mayor Tiffany Henyard's alleged misuse of public money. She will present the final summary of her investigation at a special townhall Monday night, as Jermont Terry reports.
