Former Ald. Ricardo Munoz Sentenced to 13 months in prison; using campaign funds for personal expens

Former Ald. Ricardo Munoz was sentenced to 13 months in prison on Thursday, after pleading guilty last year to charges of stealing money from a campaign fund to spend on vacations, jewelry, tickets to sporting events, college tuition, and other personal expenses.
