Federal judge blocks Trump admin. from cutting funding to Chicago over sanctuary policies
A federal judge on Friday blocked the Trump administration from cutting off federal funding to dozens of "sanctuary" cities and counties — covering several of the largest cities in the U.S., including Chicago.
