Family sues Royal Caribbean after man dies on cruise

In December of last year, Michael Virgil, 35, was on a cruise to Mexico with his fiancée and 7-year-old son. A lawsuit says while waiting for the family’s room to be ready, Virgil was served 33 drinks within hours, got lost, and ended up being tackled and sedated by security. He died hours later.
