Family of man shot, killed by police in western Chicago suburb releases statement
In a statement released by their lawyers, the family says they are devastated by what they saw and heard. They only saw portions of the footage, but said "it was abundantly clear that the Carol Stream police officers acted recklessly and with depraved hearts."
