Family confirms young father killed in mass shooting during Juneteenth celebration in Willowbrook
While police have not identified the victims, family members told CBS 2 Reggie Meadows was shot and killed. A close friend of the victim told CBS 2, Meadows is the father and sole caretaker of two children. He is described as a "beacon of love and strength."
