Escaped inmate now has a rifle

After two weeks on the run, authorities in Pennsylvania say escaped prisoner Danelo Cavalcante, is now armed with a rifle. The convicted killer was spotted early Tuesday morning. CBS 2's Janelle Burrell has the latest.
