Elburn approves fines for migrant buses as Chicago continues plea for federal help
The village board in west suburban Elburn has approved an ordinance aimed at preventing buses from dropping off migrants without notice, as Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson joined other big city mayors in renewing their call for more federal help with the migrant crisis.
