Early voting in suburban Cook County starts Feb. 18
They include the Rolling Meadows, Skokie, Bridgeview and Markham courthouses, as well as Melrose Park Village Hall and the Cook County clerk's downtown offices. They will be open weekdays from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.
