Dozens killed in Texas floods, at least 23 missing

At least 24 people have died in devastating floods in Texas hill country. Officials said the Guadalupe River rose 26 feet in just 45 minutes northwest of San Antonio. At least 20 girls who were at a summer camp near the river are unaccounted for.
