Dog shot on walk on Chicago's Southwest Side

Chicago Police said man told officers that two unleashed dogs ran and bit his dog. The man, a licensed Concealed Carry holder, pulled out a gun and shot one of the dogs. CBS 2's Charlie De Mar reports.
