Concealed carry license holder injured in Pilsen shootout while walking dog

Rick Villalobos was not expecting to find himself in a shootout with two men in his neighborhood when he left the house Tuesday morning. A verbal altercation in the 1100 block of Cullerton led to the exchange of gunfire, and he was struck in the knee.
