Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson says he'll veto "snap curfew" ordinance

The ordinance, which the City Council passed Wednesday, would give police the power to enact a curfew anywhere in the city — giving young people 30 minutes to clear out. Shardaa Gray reports.
