Chicago Mass Shooting: Gunman In Custody; Two Dead
A man fired into a crowd just outside the Red Line subway stop and State and Chicago. Nine people were struck by at least 21 bullets from a Glock fitted to fire multiple rounds. CBS 2 Investigator Megan Hickey reports.
