Chicago Decides: Voters head to polls in 2023 runoff elections

So far, more than 292,000 ballots have been cast in Chicago’s runoff election. Voters are reminded to show up early to avoid the severe weather later Tuesday afternoon. CBS 2's Mugo Odigwe and Jackie Kostek have an inside look.
