Charges to be announced in shooing death of off-duty Cook Co. Sheriff’s deputy

Family and friends honoring deputy Rafael Wordlawat at a vigil Wednesday night said he was just days away from his 32nd birthday, and that they learned a person of interest is in custody from reporters in attendance.
