A perfume made in Madison, Wisconsin aims to capture the essence of the Badger State. CBS 58 Milwaukee tried to create their own version called “Whiffsconsin” – featuring cranberries, cheese curds, brats, Miller Lite, custard, and a dash of Lake Michigan water. The staff at CBS 58? They thought it absolutely stunk.
