Call for speed limits after deadly boat crash during Fox Waterway Agency board meeting
Dozens of people who live on Chain O'Lakes brought their concerns to the Fox River Agency's board of directors. Many suggested switching up or putting in new "No Wake" zones, controlling boats with high horsepower and implementing a speed limit.
