Brighton Park migrant tent camp construction not starting yet
The Brighton Park neighborhood was preparing for crews to start work Monday on a tent camp for migrants at 38th and California, but nothing happened as the city continues to wait to begin construction, amid concerns of metal contamination in the soil.
