Boy accidentally shot in home on day new Illinois gun storage law went into effect

A 7-year-old boy was shot in the arm when another child got their hands on a gun Thursday night in the Humboldt Park neighborhood. It happened on the same day a new gun storage law went into effect in Illinois.
