Boy, 5, killed after hyperbaric chamber explodes at treatment center outside Detroit

Police said the boy was inside a hyperbaric oxygen chamber Friday morning at a medical center outside of Detroit, when it exploded. His mother, who was near the chamber at the time, also suffered injuries to her arms.
