Aid dropped into Gaza amid ceasefire negotiations
Negotiations aimed at brokering a ceasefire between Israel and Hamas appeared to have stalled, just days before an unofficial deadline of the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan. Egyptian mediators say three days of negotiations with Hamas ended Tuesday without a breakthrough.
