African Caribbean International Festival returns this weekend in Washington Park
The 30th African and Caribbean International Festival of Life kicks off this weekend at Washington Park starting Saturday and lasts through Tuesday. The festival's founder and president Ephraim Martin spoke with CBS 2 on what attendees can expect this year.
