9 people dead after Louisville plane crash, with toll expected to rise by at least 1

Louisville International Airport has reopened in Kentucky, after nine people were killed when a UPS cargo plane crashed shortly after takeoff on Tuesday. Kentucky’s governor said the death toll might increase by one.
