6 construction workers now presumed dead after Baltimore bridge collapse

Two dozen National Transportation Safety Board members are on site, investigating the shocking collapse of one of Baltimore's critical bridges after a cargo ship hit it early Tuesday morning. CBS News' Ryan Hughes reports.
