The 35-year-old was in an alley about 1:50 a.m. in the 6900 block of North Sheridan Road when two men got out of a dark-colored vehicle and approached, demanding money.
The three were crossing in the 2500 block of West Devon Avenue when a car traveling west hit them about 8:35 p.m.
The officer, 25, was walking in the 1700 block of West Diversey Parkway about 12:30 a.m. when a man rode up on a bicycle, displayed a knife and announced a robbery.
