Video: ESPN Mistakes Aaron Rodgers For Aaron Hernandez

(CBS) Oops.

When reporting on a former NFL player being charged with murder, it's imperative to say the right name.

On Wednesday, former Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez was charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of 27-year-old Odin Lloyd. That's Aaron Hernandez, not Aaron Rodgers.

The usually-solid Jeremy Schaap from ESPN had a small - but crucial - slip of the tongue while reporting on the investigation Wednesday night, referring to the man charged with murder as Aaron Rodgers instead of Aaron Hernandez.

Shortly after the slip-up, Rodgers tweeted: "Not funny ESPN."
